might not be Ryan Gosling, but I’ve always been drawn to storytelling and photography. When I was a kid, I would steal my dad’s Canon T2i to make stop-motion LEGO Star Wars short films. But since I didn’t understand the concept of stop motion yet, I recorded blurry clips of my mini-figures and made my own sound effects. But even as I got older and retired from my promising LEGO movie career, my love for storytelling and photography only got stronger.

fter returning stateside for high school, I spent all four years in theatre and choir, unfortunately adopting the theatre kid persona. But something must've stuck, because I decided to major in acting.
When I graduated from high school, I was gifted my first camera (one that I didn't steal from my dad). I took it with me to Boston University, where I would study acting for the next four years. I started my business at 18 and charged $30 for my first headshot session. And from then on, I was hooked.
I photographed everything. Headshots, theatre productions, corporate events, and even restaurants. But no matter what I was shooting, one thing was always true – I loved working with people and capturing their stories.
I knew the next step was weddings. I wanted to capture those one-of-a-kind moments that only happen once in a lifetime. But I didn't know anyone getting married, and I hadn't been to a wedding since I was a kid.
And then one day, I got a text. My friend's sister needed a last-minute replacement for a wedding the very next day. I grabbed my best suit, packed all the gear I could need, and drove up to New Hampshire. I would capture one of my favorite photos of all time that day.
I've been capturing those one-of-a-kind moments ever since. I believe that taking photos should always be fun above all else, and your wedding is no exception! After all, it's bound to be one of the happiest days of your life.

I love using my surroundings to frame my photos. It's great for composition, but it also adds so much context and depth to each moment. I love how the trees, cliffside, and distant mountains all work together to frame the couple in this photo. And best of all, it's from my very first wedding!
